Design Development

This is where vision begins to take form. We translate the agreed direction into a comprehensive design plan, carefully considering layout, furnishings, materials and overall composition.  Every element is selected to work in harmony, balancing beauty, comfort and function.  

Clients are presented with curated concepts that allow them to visualize the completed space with clarity and confidence.

 

This phase includes:  

          Detailed floor plans and space planning

          Furniture layouts and scale planning

          Concept boards  and visual presentation

          Material and finish direction

          Color palette development

          Lighting concepts

 

Result:  A cohesive, fully realized design plan.

 

 

Selection and Procurement

With the design approved, we begin sourcing and securing each piece. We leverage our network of luxury vendors, artisans and exclusive trade resources to select furnishings, lighting,  textiles and accessories that elevate your home beyond the ordinary.  Every item is carefully tracked and managed to ensure quality and accuracy.

 

This phase includes:

           Selection of furnishings, lighting and

           decor

           Custom furniture and upholstery

           design

           Textile and material sourcing

           Vendor coordination and ordering

           Budget tracking and approvals

           Order management and logistics

           oversight

 

Result:  All elements are ordered and prepared for installation.

 

        

Installation and Styling

This is the most transformative and rewarding moment.  We oversee the complete installation of your space, coordinating deliveries and placement so everything is executed seamlessly. Once Furnishings are in place, we complete the space  with thoughtful styling. Layering art, accessories and finishing touches that bring warmth, personality and refinement.  Clients often experience their home fully complete for the first time during the final reveal.
